Chef Travis Peters of the Parish stopped by as well to talk about one of his bacon-inspired dishes for the day’s event, as did Chef Gary Hickey of Charro Steak. We were also privileged to welcome Brad Gietter, VP of Stillhouse Spirits Company, for a conversation about one of the hottest things happening on the cocktail scene today…moonshine!
