Matt and Jim caught up with the Flying V’s general manager, Rock Saul, who showcased this great destination for foodies. They also chatted with national television personality Chef Michael McDermott, who discussed the beauty and passion of the new liqueur, Love Potion Number Nine! The featured guest was Flying V Chef Alexis Martinez, who has put together one of the finest menus anywhere. The southwest ribs were among the best we have ever tasted.
